Prior to joining Rudder Capital, Mr. Meyrowitz served as President and CEO of eYada.com the largest internet radio company funded by Chase Capital, Time Warner and First Boston .  Prior to that, he was President and CEO of SEG Corp., where he founded, created and produced the Ultimate Fighting Championships, which surpassed every other pay-per-view event and become pay-per- views only home grown success.

Mr. Meyrowitz has thirty years of experience in the media & broadcasting sector in leadership operational capacities. He has been involved in the buying and selling of multiple companies as well as raising of funds for start ups and for ongoing concerns.

Mr. Meyrowitz’ television production also includes Amnesty International’s Human Rights Tour for HBO, the 13 week series “History of Rock and Roll”, two Bette Midler HBO specials, two Whoopi Goldberg HBO specials, two Billy Connelly HBO specials, “Who’s on First”, a series for ABC Late Night, “The Inside Track”, a weekly series on A&E, “The Legendary Ladies of Rock and Roll” on Cinemax, “Paul Simon Special” for Cinemax, “The Roy Orbision Tribute” for HBO, and The New Kids on the Block for Pay-Per-View (the highest grossing entertainment show on Pay-Per-View).

Mr. Meyrowitz serves on the board of Motion Inc. and The Old Westbury Horseman’s Foundation.

He holds a B.A. from Syracuse University.
