Brian Tyler has 21 years of experience

joining Rudder Capital, he held senior operating positions with Thomson
Scientific and Healthcare as Executive Vice President/General Manager
for a $115 million operating segment, and CFO for a $300 million
division. Before joining Thomson, he was a Senior Manager with Grant
Thornton in New York City.
